As Christian women entrepreneurs, we all face emergencies of faith. These are moments when our beliefs feel fragile and we need a lifeline to keep moving forward in the work God has called us to do. The calling God placed on us goes beyond business but how do we keep going when our faith is tested? When our confidence is shaken? When feelings of inadequacy, noise in our minds, and dips in self-esteem make the weight of entrepreneurship feel heavy?
The Well Within is where faith meets entrepreneurship. This is a space to refill, reset, and remember who you are in God. Together, we’ll explore how His guidance can turn obstacles into opportunities, strengthen your confidence, and anchor your business in purpose.
When I found myself having the worst panic attack of my life, sitting on the floor of Grand Central Station in New York, I was SO ashamed and I knew something had to change. I couldn’t face another day of discrimination and workplace abuse. So that night, I quit. I later launched into building my business, but impostor syndrome got the best of me. After 10 years in corporate, my self-esteem was severely damaged. I needed to run this business, but I needed help. So, I turned to God.
He revealed to me that everything was orchestrated for His divine purpose. He showed me that my business would greatly contribute to the Kingdom. He made me understand that I was stewarding His plan for me and others and that my gifts were meant to advance His love. With this newfound awareness, I turned my business into a six-figure success. It was with the love God showed me that I was able to sustain it.
Your desire for entrepreneurship is no accident. Entrepreneurship is a necessary tool for God’s divine purpose. There are secrets in the Bible that reveal how deeply God loves us and wants to trust us in showing his love to others through our work. This is why I started this podcast—to make you aware, but also to help you build the confidence and faith in God needed to carry out the mission at hand. Whether you’re a baker, a designer, a construction worker, or a data analyst, everything you have and are is destined for God’s divine plan.
Join me on this journey and let’s dig deep! We’re talking about it, we’re exalting him, and we’re changing through him, together!

The Well Within is a space for faith-based business women who are ready for honest conversations about purpose and the messy beauty of entrepreneur life. I share stories from my own walk with God, business journey, moments of doubt and joy, and the lessons that keep me grounded. It’s my hope that you will leave with something to think about, something to pray on and a gentle push to live fully in the truth of who you are. Come listen and grow with me as we keep building together!
When Rest Becomes a Strategy
Rest is not a reward. It is a strategy. In this episode I talk about how I spent years wearing busyness like a badge and how God had to remind me that His plans do not depend on my hustle. Rest is not weakness. It is trust. I share how slowing down has brought more clarity, creativity, and faith into my life than constant grinding ever did. If you’ve been feeling guilty for slowing down, this episode is your permission to breathe.
• Why rest is not something you earn but a rhythm God built into creation
• Why the Sabbath is not optional but sacred space for trust and worship
• How resting becomes an act of faith and not a sign of weakness
• Practical ways to practice real rest in your daily routine
• Why you will never miss what God has already written for you
