I build with purpose, and with people.
I’m Eseosa, a coach, consultant, and creative based in New York. My work has always lived where strategy meets possibility.
I grew up learning that resilience is both personal and communal. That belief followed me through nearly 15 years in marketing, operations, and brand strategy, shaping how I lead and how I help others move their ideas forward.
In 2019, I founded IconiQ Creative Group to help women-led organizations, nonprofits, and impact organizations communicate with clarity across the US and Africa. Since then, I’ve continued building ventures that make technology, community, and useful knowledge more accessible to women.
My path has never been a straight line. It has been an ongoing practice of listening closely, learning quickly, and building what I wish existed. Today, I bring that same spirit to every founder, leader, and organization I support.
